• Take the time for this Internet site to examine. Many people come to Spain with print's of houses which are offered on the Internet and become rapidly to the conclusion that those houses are being sold or not in the correct region, and frequently much more expensively than advertised. A photograph says something concerning the style of the construction but nothing concerning the dimensions, quality, surroundings or availability. In short: "A lot of work and disappointment without result".
• Select some (2 or more) objects which address your needs and let us know. A couple examples of objects which you looking for together with your wishes and your personal needs, offers much more possibilities to find what you are looking for. And you save yourself much time and disappointment.
• Prepare your 'work' holiday quietly and allow us to precede. Let us know when you want to come to Spain. If you let us know when you are coming we will make all preparations to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

• Arrived on your destination we have a short meeting. This first contact is necessary to produce a pleasant as possible schedule. Because we had in advance contact sometimes you already know your agenda.
• Entirely without engagement you will visit objects. It is important as soon as possible after arrival to view one or some selected properties! This prevents you for having a lack of time later.
• Enjoys your holiday whereas we make necessary contacts, etc. Whereas you reflect concerning the objects which you have seen, we evaluate your wishes and criteria again and make new appointment for viewing's.

In short: "Allow us to do the 'work'! We know what is for sale!"

Ones you have found your superb project or house. You will not paying for our services. You will insure yourself however that it is a sound project with correct papers and guarantees. We gladly help you with this. 

When the correct dream home has been found (new or existing) the following is of importance.

• Whereas you enjoys the idea we will make appointments (owners, notary, etc.) and possibly with your own solicitor.

• It will astonish you that you miss nevertheless still (a part of) a day of your holiday for everything to fix. We or the carefully selected agent however gladly help you with everything what is necessary.

• Finally, You'll finish your 'working'-holiday and will return satisfied.
